Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we process your data when you use statementtoexcels.com, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we process

• Your PDF statement: it is read automatically to extract the transactions and deleted immediately afterwards. It is never stored.
• The extracted transactions: kept for 24 hours so you can download them, then deleted automatically (or earlier if you click "Delete my data"). We remove account numbers and personal IDs from the extraction.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Technical data such as your IP address, to prevent abuse (upload limit).

Why

To provide the service you request (performance of a contract) and to keep accounting records (legal obligation).

Service providers

• Hetzner Online GmbH (server in the EU).
• Anthropic PBC (the AI that reads the PDF; it does not use the data to train its models).
• Stripe (payments).

Transfers outside the EU are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict processing and receive a copy by writing to us. You can also complain to your data protection authority or the Spanish AEPD (aepd.es).

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
